PLEASE NOTE: RalphChenelle and Fatlab have a cancellation policy on selected services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations (under 48 hours notice). No refunds can be given on treatment packages bought. Therefore, once a client has committed to a package, or has begun the treatment, the client must be sure that they will have the time to complete their treatments within 12 months from the time of treatment bought. No treatments may be exchanged for products or be refunded mid-treatment period.
